The OKATSUNE IKEBANA SCISSORS are designed for the Japanese art of flower arranging. Each style of Ikebana has specialist scissors, and whether you follow the Ikenobo School of flower arranging (the oldest of the schools retaining the classical concepts of Ikebana) or the Sogetsu School of flower arranging (the most modern of the schools that emphasizes self-expression), you will find the perfect pair of scissors below for your needs.
