Shipping Information
Shipping from Silky Store NZ is only available within New Zealand. We offer free freight on orders over $250, however this does not include to NZ offshore Islands, or for our longer items such as pole saws, pole loppers, long handle grubbers and ladders. Please see details about shipping for these items below.
Our standard courier delivery times will take 2 - 3 working days. However, if you are ordering to a rural address, please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for these. Deliveries will not usually take place on weekends or public holidays, unless previously arranged. Contact us directly if you require either of these options. AND PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER TO ADD A TELEPHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER IN CASE WE NEED TO CONTACT YOU ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY.

Standard North Island (value up to $50) - $8.00
Standard North Island (value over $50) - $13.00
Standard South Island (value up to $50) - $8.00
Standard South Island (value over $50) - $10.00

Pole Saws, Pole Loppers and Long Handle Grubbers
Any orders for longer items such as Pole Saws, Pole Loppers or Long Handle Grubbers, will incur a $25 delivery fee. This is due to the unusual shape and size of these items.
Note: depending on where you live, when ordering the Silky 7.7m Hayate Pole Saw, we may only be able to deliver it to the nearest courier depot to your address. So, please contact us about that when you place your order.
Ladders
Shipping our ladders around the country is a challenge because of their size and shape, therefore, please contact us directly on either sales@silkystore.co.nz or phone us on 03 547 6874. We will then calculate the freight for you and send through an invoice for payment.

Offshore Islands
Unfortunately, we are charged an extra Island Courier fee when we send things to offshore Islands such as Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island, and the Chatham Islands etc. To avoid these extra charges, if you have a residential or business address on the mainland somewhere, please enter that with your order and we will send it there. If you do however wish us to send direct to the Island you are on, please place your order as per normal and we will be in touch with the extra cost to pay and if there are any other options available (i.e. sending with NZ Post rather than the courier company).
Additional Information
1. Shipping Times - no orders are shipped on weekends and public holidays.
2. Addresses - unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Responsibility & Liability for delivery of goods
By placing an order with Silky Store NZ, you automatically accept and understand the following terms and conditions of the transaction. Silky Store NZ cannot take responsibility of your delivery order if it has been signature accepted (this can be checked through the track and trace process), or if there are special instructions left, e.g. "leave in letterbox, leave at front door" or similar. If your order has been mistakenly delivered to the incorrect address, Silky Store NZ and the Courier Company will endeavor to do everything they can to relocate and re-address your order. In the unlikely event this happens, Silky Store NZ will contact you immediately.
