The TADAFUSA BOCHO SANTOKU is one of our most popular Japanese Chef knives due to it's versatility and honesty. With the razor-sharp edges you’ll easily achieve super-skinny slices of onions, tomatoes and other diced vegetables. DESCRIPTION
High quality knives should always be sharpened on stones, and if sharpened correctly you should have a consistent bevel along the length of the blade.
