YANIPIKA RESIN/SAP REMOVER is perfect for keeping your saw blades, secateurs, snips, scissors, and hedge shears clean free of resin and sap build up. This build up contains moisture, which can lead to rust, and it's presence can prevent your tools working effectively and efficiently. Pruning saws can also be affected as sap builds up between the teeth.
Yanipika is an Alkaline cleaning agent designed to remove residue like resin and sap. It's combination of citrus extract oil, mineral water, surfactant (a surface agent that stirs up activity on the product you are cleaning to help remove it), and corrosion inhibitors (substances that reduce and slow down the risk of corrosion on metal) easily cleans up your tools.
Simply spray your tool blades 2 - 3 times and leave for 20 seconds. Then wipe dry with a cloth. We also recommend you then rub a small amount of CAMELLIA OIL over your blades for extra protection. And for extra tough jobs, leave the Yanipika resin/sap remover on for approx. 60 seconds.
