Excellent service. Great that you can buy little parts that go missing. It would be nice if the postage could be a little less for the wee bits, but otherwise perfect.

Hi Bronwyn, thanks so much for the review. And I totally understand your comment about the postage. We just have too many individual items to price at individual freight costs, and the smallest courier bag we have is the one we probably sent your screw set down in, and it has a minimum charge. If you ever need to order small parts again though, just flick me an email on sales@silkystore.co.nz first and I can see if it'll fit in an envelope (or something similar) and try and get the freight cost down for you before you place the order on the website. The item is fine. It was a bit of a disappointment that the original screw set fell out of my saw so early on. It was good that I was able to buy the required replacements so readily, and the price of $4 for this was not too bad, but the $8.00 cost of posting such a small package to me seems excessive.
